Introduction to Swim Fitness

These are the first steps to get you started on the road to fitness or as your first steps to a swim challenge or competitive swimming. The free technique PDF booklet describes each stroke and can be downloaded by clicking on any of the images below.

The Introduction to Swim Fitness Programme contains 24 session plans with calorie count indicators can be purchased for just £9.99 below. The session plans will be sent to you on laminated waterproof cards so that you can take them to the pool.

They are packed with useful information. For example did you know you burn more calories swimming Breaststroke compared to Frontcrawl. Completion of the sessions will provide the foundation to move to bronzeZone and is recommended for non competitive swimmers.

The next level in the programmes contain a futher detailed set of session plans and technique details to help you to progress in your swimming capabilities.
